There is a 30-day return policy for Ms Lex swimwear items.
Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt for proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at hello@gentlehabits.com or fill in the form below. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Sorry we do not offer exchanges. If you want to swap your item for a different size, colour or style, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item on the Gentle Habits website.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
