Any orders after these dates cant be guaranteed to make pre- Xmas delivery. We cannot take responsilbilty for late orders outside these dates.
Standard shipping for orders within Australia is $10 + FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $150 within Australia.
Once payment is processed, the order will be sent the same day before 1pm, orders after 1pm it will send the following day.
Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive for standard shipping. If you live outside metropolitan areas, please allow additional time for postage. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for Western Australia locations.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping for all orders within Australia is $18 ( this is what Aus Post charges us)
Once paymentis received, the order will be sent the following business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to arrive .If you live outside metropolitan areas, please allow additional time for postage.
Free Pick Up
Simply select PICK UP option at checkout.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been fulfilled and is ready for collection. Collect your order from our Head Quarters in Torquay: 2/9 Haystacks Dr, Torquay, VIC, Australia, 3228.
Pick up orders will be held for a maximum of two weeks only.
Local pick up hours are between 10am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately we are not open weekends or public holidays for local pick up orders.
New Zealand Standard International Shipping is a $20 or $35 flat rate pending your total order weight. There is no free shipping on International orders.

Processing
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and dispatched via Aus Post pending payment. All orders made before 1pm will leave that business day.

In the unfortunate event that items are lost, stolen, or missing from an order, we have established the following company policy:
Reporting Procedure
Customers must report any lost, stolen, or missing items from their order within 1 business day of delivery date. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and email customer service here.
Investigation ProcessUpon receiving a report, our team will initiate an investigation to locate the missing items. This investigation may include contacting shipping carriers, reviewing security footage (if applicable), and conducting internal audits.
Resolution Options
Depending on the outcome of the investigation, the following resolution options may be offered to the customer:
Replacement: We may offer to replace the lost, stolen, or missing items with identical or similar products, subject to availability.
Store Credit: Alternatively, customers may opt to receive store credit equivalent to the value of the missing items for future purchases.
Limitations and Exclusions
We reserve the right to deny replacement, or store credit if there is evidence of fraudulent activity or misuse of our services.
Items marked as delivered by the shipping carrier's tracking information will be considered as such, unless proven otherwise through our investigation process.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of order placement.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery or able to collect order from local post office or rearrange delivery with courier.
Communication
We are committed to maintaining open communication with customers throughout the resolution process, providing regular updates on the status of their report and any actions taken.

International taxes + duties
Orders shipped to countries outside of Australia may incur duties and taxes applied by customs.
The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer. Gentle Habits is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country which delivery is made.
Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes on an order applied by customs, it is the customers responsibility to arrange for the order to be returned to Gentle Habits in order to receive a refund. Please contact your local customs office formore information regarding taxes and duties on international orders in your region.
