A Gentle Winter Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
- The promoter is Gentle Habits ABN 21 641 975 555, based in Yamba, NSW, Australia.
- The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over only. Employees of Gentle Habits and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- The giveaway opens when the post goes live and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2026. The winner will be announced on 1 July 2026.
- To enter, participants must, during the entry period: (a) follow @gentlehabits on Instagram; (b) like the giveaway post; and (c) tag one person they would bring in the comments. Each valid comment entry counts as one entry. Tagging multiple people in separate comments does not constitute additional entries.
- For one bonus entry, participants may share the giveaway post to their Instagram Stories and tag @gentlehabits. The story must be publicly visible at the time of winner selection to qualify.
- The prize includes: two tickets to A Gentle Winter workshop at About Time Bathhouse, Torquay on Sunday 19 July 2025 (morning or afternoon session, subject to availability); one night's accommodation at Surf Hotel, Torquay (dates subject to availability and confirmation with the venue); and one Gentle Habits goodie bag. The prize is for two people and has no cash value.
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries following the close of the giveaway. The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 48 hours of announcement. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner will be selected.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize. Accommodation and workshop session are subject to availability and must be booked directly with the respective venues in coordination with Gentle Habits. Travel to and from Torquay is not included and is the winner's responsibility.
- By entering, participants consent to their username being used in winner announcement posts on @gentlehabits. No other personal data will be shared publicly.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any liability in connection with this giveaway. Any questions or concerns should be directed to Gentle Habits, not Instagram.
- Gentle Habits reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is found to be in breach of these terms, or to cancel or modify the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Currency
All prices are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD$) inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (‘GST’) and are subject to change at the discretion of Gentle Habits.

If, for any unforeseen reason, an order is unable to be fulfilled, Gentle Habits will contact the customer within 2 days of the purchase date to discuss the possibility of a replacement style or a refund. Any refund will be returned via the payment type selected by the purchaser.
CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
Gentle Habits is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are in stock or available for pre-order and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes in Australia are between 3-10 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

INCENSE SUBSCRIPTIONS - AUTOMATIC RECURRING BILLING
Your Incense Subscription will continue to renew on a monthly, bimonthly basis until you wish to cancel this agreement. Otherwise, we will continue to debit the Instalment Payments from your account each month or bimonthly basis.
By choosing a recurring payment plan, you acknowledge that your Subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to your cancellation of your Subscription. We may submit periodic charges for the Subscription Fees without further authorization from you, until you provide prior written notice (receipt of which is confirmed by us) that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before we could reasonably act on such notice. To terminate your authorization or change your payment method, please contact us via our Website.
(a) Your Subscription will end, and the Instalment Payments will cease to be debited from your account upon the earlier of:
(i) Your cancellation of your Subscription or this agreement in accordance with these terms.
There are no lock-in contracts with Incense subscriptions. You can cancel or pause your subscription at anytime by notifying Gentle Habits or visiting here.
