We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are in stock or available for pre-order and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes in Australia are between 3-10 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

INCENSE SUBSCRIPTIONS - AUTOMATIC RECURRING BILLING
Your Incense Subscription will continue to renew on a monthly, bimonthly basis until you wish to cancel this agreement. Otherwise, we will continue to debit the Instalment Payments from your account each month or bimonthly basis.
By choosing a recurring payment plan, you acknowledge that your Subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to your cancellation of your Subscription. We may submit periodic charges for the Subscription Fees without further authorization from you, until you provide prior written notice (receipt of which is confirmed by us) that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before we could reasonably act on such notice. To terminate your authorization or change your payment method, please contact us via our Website.
(a) Your Subscription will end, and the Instalment Payments will cease to be debited from your account upon the earlier of:
(i) Your cancellation of your Subscription or this agreement in accordance with these terms.
There are no lock-in contracts with Incense subscriptions. You can cancel or pause your subscription at anytime by notifying Gentle Habits or visiting here.
