If the product you received is broken, faulty, not smelling right or not what you ordered, we are happy to provide a refund, replacement or exchange, including all postage costs. Any refund given is for the original value of the returned goods at the time of purchase only.

Refunds may take up to 72 hours to be processed once the returned goods are received, and may be subject to bank processing times out of the control of Gentle Habits. Please make sure you email us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make the necessary arrangements.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item and for your new item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

There is a 30-day return policy for Ms Lex swimwear items.

Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt for proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Gentle Habits is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once shipped from our facility. Please contact us and the shipping carrier directly if you feel your package has been lost or stolen.
