If the product you received is broken, faulty, not smelling right or not what you ordered, we are happy to provide a refund, replacement or exchange, including all postage costs. Any refund given is for the original value of the returned goods at the time of purchase only.
Refunds may take up to 72 hours to be processed once the returned goods are received, and may be subject to bank processing times out of the control of Gentle Habits. Please make sure you email us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make the necessary arrangements.

There is a 30-day return policy for Ms Lex swimwear items.
Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt for proof of purchase.

Sorry we do not offer exchanges. If you want to swap your item for a different size, colour or style, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item on the Gentle Habits website.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
